The DASPP is a privately funded initiative of the New England Educational Consultants (NEEC).

Its mission is to support public schools, districts and educational collaboratives in New England in their efforts to utilize information regarding student performance related to the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) and other educational reforms.
