DASPP
provides several optional services to assist
schools, districts, and educational collaboratives
communicate data, data analysis, and proposed plans to their communities. It is
important to effectively and consistently communicate messages to
Community Partners and Constituency Groups (parents,
teachers, and other interested parties).
Through the DASPP, the
following communication tools can be created in support of schools and districts:
 PowerPoint
Presentations - PowerPoint presentations showing results for
a school or district's custom data analysis. The presentations may be used as

via email to interested parties (parents, community leaders, teachers).
Websites

analyses. Each website will allow parents, teachers, and others in the
community to 'browse' data and the resulting data analysis and strategic
plans.
Word

school or district's custom data analyses and/or strategic
plans. Includes the option of presentation as a PDF file.
